This new revamped menu comes two months after Red Lobster exited the bankruptcy process in mid-September, and fans of the restaurant should be super excited about its new offerings. The menu has been scaled down by 20 percent, but it offers new food items and brings back two popular items that customers will love.

Fan-Favorite Comebacks

Those two items include the return of the hush puppies and popcorn shrimp. Seasonal drinks are making a comeback too like the Snowglobe Sangria, Ruby Mule, and Mocha Expresso Martini.

According to Fox Business, here are the new items introduced on Monday, November 11.

Lemon Basil Mahi
Lobster Bisque
Lobster Pappardelle Pasta
Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
Simply Prepared Mahi
Roasted Asparagus

Customers will also love the new Create Your Own Ultimate Feast mix-and-match combo, match any two premium picks such as the Maine Lobster Tail or Snow Crab Legs with two classics Walt's Favorite Shrimp and Garlic Shrimp Scampi.

Red Lobster is expected to receive 60 million in funding for upgrades and improvements to their iconic brand for the long-term future of the seafood chain. Red Lobster has 545 restaurants nationwide.

By the way, the Endless Shrimp deal is done, it's believed that the Endless deal almost ended Red Lobster for good and was the main culprit in filing for bankruptcy along with underperforming restaurants.
