Starz Youth Talent Show Reveals Top 12 at Four States Fair
An exuberant enthusiastic crowd showed up at the 2018 Starz Youth Talent Show at the Four States Fair to cheer on their favorite performers on Monday night. A little over 20 contestants from four age categories sang a mix of country, rock, R&B, pop, and even rap all vying to make into the next round of the competition, the finals.
Each contestant was asked to perform at least one song while judges on hand determined who would make it to the Top 12 for the finals on Thursday night. Contestants who participated came from all over the Ark-La-Tex, De Kalb, Nashville, Maud, Redwater, Marshall, Simms, and of course, Texarkana. Most of the singers had recorded CD's but a few chose to sing without music showing off their vocal ability.
