An employee at Hopkins Icehouse in Texarkana, Arkansas, texted positive for COVID-19, and the restaurant has announced that it is temporarily closing.
Lisa Matlock, who is the general manager for both Hopkins locations gave the following statement...

Cinemark Theatres announced Tuesday that starting today, Wednesday, March 18 that all of their theatres, including the Texarkana location, would be closing their doors until further notice.
The Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation Department has announced the Rotary Splash Pad will be closed this Wednesday, August 21 for maintenance and repairs. It is scheduled to re-open on Thursday as usual.
