A Texarkana man called and identified himself as the man in the photo and is talking to Texas-side detectives about the investigation into the Halloween Party Shooting that took place on Saturday, October 30, 2021.

Texarkana Texas Police have identified the shooting victim who died from his wounds during the Saturday night shooting at a Texarkana Halloween party on Texas Blvd at the Octavia’s Event Center.
