A section of US 67 west of Texarkana will receive a new riding surface this summer according to plans approved in March by the Texas Department of Transportation.
Hempstead County Road Department, Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department and Contractors with Salt Creek Paving & Construction will begin a State Aid leveling and resealing overlay project on Hempstead County Road 248 beginning on Monday April 25, 2016.
