Women throughout the ages have always loved shoes, hats and handbags and here is your chance to see a beautiful exhibit in Texarkana that will bring you back in time with the Matriach of the Ace of Clubs House.

If you grew up in Texarkana like I did one of the saddest days was when long-time restaurant Bryce's Cafeteria closed its doors on April 30, 2017.

The final touches are happening at the renovation of the historic Grim Hotel in Texarkana and they are starting to lease out the Lofts at the Grim. But the public has a special opportunity to tour the hotel one last time.

It's always fun to see TV shows or movies where Texarkana is mentioned. But there is a movie that I had no idea was based on a family in Texarkana.

It's 2023 and now it's time to kick off the celebrations throughout the year for Texarkana's Sesquicentennial. The Texarkana Museums System will be hosting the  Sesquicentennial Stone Soup this Saturday, January 7.

The 9th annual Santa Sprint presented by the Texarkana Museum Systems will be Saturday, December 17 in downtown Texarkana.

The Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council presents "Sculptarama With Kay Thomas" from July 21-22nd in Texarkana.

The Texarkana Museum Systems will have a "Murder Mystery", on July 30th  at the historic P.J. Ahern home in Texarkana.
