If you love to eat, then get ready for the 3rd Annual Taste of Hope on Saturday, October 4, 2025, in historic downtown Hope, Arkansas, from 6 PM to 8:30 PM.

Downtown Hope Comes Alive This Weekend for a Taste of Hope

The Taste of Hope promises tastings from local eateries and restaurants in the downtown area. It's a way to bring visitors and the local community together to celebrate the vibrant downtown, filled with unique shops, restaurants, historic buildings, and beautiful artwork on every corner.

Visitors can help add color to a paint-by-number mural, vote on the next project at the  Fund-a-Project table, and enjoy a silent auction and Local n' Live auction items.

Other family-friendly events include Gift Card Bingo with a Dr. Seuss "spin," and the opportunity to win gift cards from local small businesses. There will be face painting for the kids and chalk art, and the evening concludes with a movie screening of Dr. Seuss' "The Lorax" at Pocket Park.

Admission to the 3rd Annual Taste of Hope

Tickets are $25 for adults, $10 for youth 10-15 years old, and kids 10 and under are free. Everyone must have a ticket for tastings and other activities. Tickets are available online here.  Tickets are also available from Hope Downtown Network members and the Vintage Girls Boutique on Main Street in downtown Hope.

It's Fair Time!  2025 Southwest Arkansas District Fair

In addition, the 81st Southwest Arkansas District Fair runs through October 4, 2025, at Fair Park in Hope. There will be carnival rides, fair food, a livestock show, and the Bronc and Bull Battle at Fair Park Coliseum, October 3-4, 2025.
