TexAmericas Center is on a roll and getting bigger as they just announced the new Copeland Site is ready for development that will be perfect for either a large manufacturing building or several smaller buildings.

The site is 53 acres in size and is located on the east campus close to roadways and railways making is a perfect site for any industrial and manufacturing company. The site is big enough for parking and storage areas and utilities.

Right now though it has a lot of trees and grassy areas on it but once there is a Letter of Intent completed TexAmericas Center can then start the removal of the tree to help the process move along quicker.

The Copeland Site has been classified as an ECP Category 1 meaning this site is clean and no hazardous chemicals or waste is on the site.

This site is also part of the Qualified Sites Progam that was started in 2023 which makes it super attractive to businesses because it has already been evaluated for infrastructure and environmental factors. Plus the ease and efficiency of a business to come in fast and get to work.

There are now around 1,000 acres that have been approved by this Qualified Site Program and the program was recently named the #1 program of its kind in the southern part of the country by the Expansion Solutions magazine.
