Congratulations to TexAmericas Center as it continues to receive great national recognition. This time it made number 5 in the Business Facilities' 21st Annual Rankings Report for Best Industrial Parks in the U.S.. This is the sixth year in a row that TexAmericas has made the top 10 on that list!

The ranking was based on the economic impact of each park currently and in the future. Criteria that were taken into consideration for the list was capital investments from tenants, jobs created and retained over the last five years, future growth projections, on-site logistics, utilities available and the influence the park has on its region.

The Secret to Success at TexAmericas Center

TexAmericas leaders believe the industrial park has been a standout year after year because it is a full-service 3rd party logistics. The tenants have access to many services to help their companies grow, like shipping, receiving, warehousing and inventory management to save money and speed up their operations.

Building a Stronger Workforce

TexAmerica also has strong partnerships with our local colleges and universities, Texas A&M University-Texarkana, Texarkana College and the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana. These partnerships build a great skilled workforce and support the Center's 'Speed-to-Market, Speed-to-Profit' promise.

TexAmericas' CEO and Executive Director Scott Norton said in a press release,

Year after year, this kind of recognition proves we’re delivering real value. From our location and infrastructure to our collaborative mindset, TexAmericas Center is where companies come to grow fast and stay competitive.

TexAmericas is now in its 29th year and spans 12,000 acres and offers 3.5 million square feet of ready-to-go space. With this and all the services it provides for tenants, it's no wonder that it continues to receive national recognition!
