Texarkana Area COVID-19: By The Numbers – December 11

Bowie County reports 22 new cases bringing the total to 2,628 cumulative positive COVID-19 cases, with 1 additional death for a total of 108. The Department of State Health Services is reporting 2,180 recoveries.

Cass County added 14 new cases, for a total of 803, with 734 of those recovered, 30 active cases and 3 new deaths for a total of 39.

Miller County reports 2326 cumulative cases, 100 active cases, 2204 recovered cases and 22 COVID-19 related deaths. (12/11/20)

Through the end of the year, free testing will be offered Monday- Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Texarkana- Bowie County Family Health Center at 902 W. 12th Street, Texarkana, TX 75501. There are no requirements for testing (residency included), oral swab with results in 48-96 hours, and pre-registration available at www.gogettested.com.
