Texarkana Senior Expo to Offer Free Health and Wellness Resources

Are you 50 or older? Do you have questions about your future, health, or finances? Then we have a great place to find your answers; The 2025 Senior Health and Wellness Expo is a free event that will take place this Friday, September 12, 2025, from 9 AM to noon at the Texarkana, Texas, Convention Center.

The expo is designed as a one-stop shop where you can find valuable information and services to help you navigate the next stage of life. Over 60 vendors will be on hand to answer your questions and provide resources.

What can you expect at the Texarkana Senior Health and Wellness Expo?

• Free Health Screenings: Get your blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol checked at no cost.
• Expert Advice: Talk with specialists from a wide range of fields, including medical professionals, financial planners, and home care providers.
• Lunch & Learn: From noon to 1 p.m., elder law attorney Ben King of Ross and Shoalmire will give a special presentation on the fundamentals of estate planning.
• Giveaways & Freebies: Enter for a chance to win prizes and collect useful freebies from vendors.
• Networking Opportunities: Discover new hobbies, activities, and services while connecting with others in the community.
