Suspect Allegedly Steals Yeti Cooler in Texarkana

Update:

The woman in the video was identified through a Crime Stoppers tip, and the Texarkana, Texas Police Department was able to recover the Yeti cooler from her over the weekend. The detective is currently working on warrants. The TTPD would like to thank the general public for their help in bringing this case to a close.

Case of the Missing Yeti Cooler

The incident occurred on May 30, 2025, at approximately 3 a.m. on Richmond Road outside an apartment building. The video shows a mysterious figure rolling up in a blue Ford EcoSport in a nearby lot, where they stop, get out of the vehicle with a cigarette clinging to their lip, calmly walks across the lot, grabs the cooler, pops the lid open empties it, then hides it while walking back to the car. A few seconds later, the suspect pulls up, loads the Yeti cooler into the back seat, and proceeds to drive off.

Meanwhile, the Texarkana, Texas, Police are asking local citizens who see the video and may recognize the person or vehicle to contact them at 903-798-3116 or 903-793-STOP. Stay updated on their Facebook page.

This could very well be the Great Cooler Caper or the Case of the Missing Yeti Cooler, but no matter what you call it, it remains a crime. Justice must be served and maybe chilled too!
