
Texarkana Arkansas District Court Announces 2026 Amnesty Program
The Texarkana Arkansas District Court is offering a limited-time Amnesty Program to help individuals resolve outstanding warrants while avoiding additional fees.
This program is for those who have failed to appear in court or have outstanding probation violation warrants. The program provides an opportunity to save $350 by addressing the issue voluntarily.
How the Texarkana, Arkansas Amnesty Program Works
To take advantage of the amnesty savings, you must appear in person at the Texarkana Arkansas District Court, located on the first floor of the Bi-State Justice Building at 100 N. State Line Avenue.

If you can pay your balance in full, you will have your warrant lifted and will not be charged the additional $350 warrant fee. If payment cannot be made in full, you may be served on the warrant, and a future court date will be scheduled.

Driver's Licence Suspended in Texarkana Arkansas
If your driver’s license is suspended, resolving your warrant through this program will lift the hold. Please remember, you will still need to visit driver control to complete reinstatement.
