Thomas Rhett and Kelsea Ballerini are coming back to host the televised special broadcast from the CMA Music Festival again this year! TV network ABC announced Tuesday (June 5) that the charismatic duo will once again emcee the television event on Aug. 8.

"We’re back 😎 @kelseaballerini and I are hosting #CMAFest again this year! Save the date: Aug 8 at 8|7c on @abcnetwork." Rhett posted on Instagram.

“Thomas and Kelsea are the embodiment of the summer fun that is CMA Fest, and we are so excited they’ll be back for year two,” Senior Vice President of Alternative Series and Specials & Late-Night Programming for ABC Entertainment Rob Mills says in a press release.

Ballerini and Rhett entertained fans worldwide last year with their laid-back banter as they introduced each headlining act and highlighted the biggest moments of the four-day event in Nashville that takes place during the first week in June. Each year, the broadcast of CMA Fest gives fans who weren't able to make it out for the festivities -- or those who want to relive the fun! -- a look back at the event, as the country singers reminisce about their favorite moments.

“This year’s CMA Fest is our biggest yet, with many artists debuting full festival sets on the Nissan Stadium stage,” CMA CEO Sarah Trahern shares. “We’re thrilled once again to broadcast CMA Fest and bring the festival to millions of Country Music fans not only here in the U.S. but all around the world.”

The CMA Fest TV special will air on ABC on Aug. 8 at 8PM EST.
