You Could be the Next Rising Country Star With Hometown Risers

Do you have what it takes to become the next rising country star? Do you feel like like your band hasn't got the breaks it needs to become a successful recording artist.?

Well, Good news! Here's your big break, you or your band could become the Kicker 102.5 Hometown Riser, with the possibility of going on to be featured on the nationally syndicated radio show, Taste of Country Nights with host Sam Alex. In addition, you'll also be featured in an article on the website TasteofCountry.com.

Just send us a video of you or your band performing your original country music by Dec. 16, 2017. The video that receives the most votes by midnight, December 22, will be declared our Kicker 102.5 Hometown Riser and go on to the final round hosted on TasteofCountry.com where fans will vote for their favorite band or artist.

Taste of Country is looking for the next country music superstars with their Hometown Risers contest and it just might be you!

Best of luck and be sure you and all your friends watch your video on our Kicker 102.5 YouTube channel. Once videos are posted your friends will only have one week to view before the winner is announced on the morning show Dec. 22.

1. Download this document stating that the music and lyrics you are submitting is original material and you own the rights to your music.

2. Sign the 2 page document

3. You or your band have until Dec. 16, to send a video in a .MP4 or .MOV to jalisa.jones@townsquaremedia.com with you or your band's name and contact information.

Your email must include the following.

• Full Name
• Band or Group Name
• Phone Number including area code
• Attach a video of yourself or band performing an original country song you've written with lyrics required.
• Video must not exceed five minutes.
• Attach the completed and signed document

(Kicker 102.5 has the final discretion for choosing the winner)
