Brad Paisley Tweets Sexy Photo for Blake Sheltons Birthday

It's a strange situation for these big superstars that draw huge crowds like Blake Shelton.  You never really know what could happen.  Especially when you've got friends that would just LOVE to embarrass you.

Saturday was Blake Shelton's 35th birthday and his good friend Brad Paisley was good enough to get him a special gift during a show, and then tweeted a photo of it to the world.

Luckily for Brad, his new wife Miranda Lambert loves him, and she too decided to surprise him at his Saturday concert.  She joins him on stage to do a song, then after that, she leads the audience in a special song for Blake... Check out the video.
