Carrie Underwood’s Son Takes First Steps as Her Tour Kicks Off

Carrie Underwood's tour is officially off and running... And so is her son.

Carrie Underwood kicked off her Storyteller tour on Saturday in Florida. It wasn't the only milestone she got to experience though. Her son took his first steps on that same day, according to the Florida Times Union.

“I didn’t think I could love anything more than being here on this stage. I was wrong, I was very wrong. I had a baby. He took his first steps today, on the first day of my tour, in Jacksonville. I don’t think today could get any better.”

CMT reports that Carrie played 22 songs in her opening show which featured an awesome 360-degree stage that lifts into the air. The show lasted nearly two hours. Her setup also included catwalks that jut out into the audience, giving everyone an up close and personal experience.

It's just the start of of her extensive tour. I'm thinking her son took his first steps, just to keep up with his mama!
