I remember like it was yesterday my mother taking me and my brother when we were children downtown to the Four States Fair Parade. We always stopped by Wellworth's for an ice cream cone. They served up some of the best ice cream cones around at the time. After we got our bellies full of the tasty treat we would stand by the curb and watch the parade.
