There are two new movies in theaters this weekend. The much anticipated reboot of the spy thriller 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E.' hits the big screen. And from the Hip-Hop world of rap comes the drama "Straight Outta Compton." Grab the popcorn and I'll see you at the movies!

JB and the Moonshine Band will be performing live in concert at Electric Cowboy in Texarkana on Thursday, August 27 at 7:30PM.

Texas Country rockers Whiskey Myers will be performing in Texarkana on Friday, August 28 at Scottie's Grill for a 9PM show.

Called the hottest festival in Texas, the "New Boston Pioneer Days," kicks off today, August 12, and runs through Saturday, August 15 at T&P Trail Head Park & Pavilion. This year's festival will feature a concert from Tracy Byrd on Saturday evening beginning at 9PM.

Main Street El Dorado summer concert series wraps up  Saturday, August 22, outside on Union Square in the heart of historic downtown El Dorado. The concert starts at 8 p.m. and is free.
