We've all heard about Movies in the Park but it's hot outside. The only thing better during the dog days of summer in Texarkana would be Popsicles in The Park at Spring Lake Park.

Grab the kids and let them cool down with a sweet treat as the Texarkana Texas Fire Department and the Texarkana, TX Parks & Recreation present a brand new program called Popsicles in the Park.

Ghio actually owned the land but he thought every town needed a city park where the community could go and enjoy a relaxing afternoon with family and friends so that is exactly what he did.
