Gaga Goes Country!

Lady Gaga shows off her twangy side with ‘Born This Way (The Country Road Version),’ which was released via Twitter at 3AM ET. Gaga tweeted the news yesterday and she did not disappoint. Who knew she had it in her to go country?

She has slowed the dance anthem down and mixed it with some harmonica and a moody guitar drawl —  Gaga also changes up the lyrics about three minutes in:

“If I wanna make it country / Baby it’s okay / ‘Cuz I was born, I was born / I was born this way / From London Paris Japan / Back to USA / I was born on the road / I was born to be brave”

Only Lady Gaga can take a hit dance anthem like ‘Born This Way’ and mix it into a countrified dance song.
