Here is What You Will Learn at this Hunting Knife Course

According to a press release,

In this course, students will demonstrate the skills to forge a basic blade and assemble the handle in a hidden tang technique. Students will learn the various hunting knife designs and proportions. Students will also learn steel types, heat treating, and sharpening techniques.

When Will This Hunting Knife Course Take Place?

This hunting knife course will be from Friday, January 19 through Monday, January 22 from 8 AM to 5 PM.

How Much Does This Course at The James Black School of Bladesmithing Cost?

This four-day course costs $525. Ricardo Vilar, Forged in Fire winner will instruct the course.

James Black School of Bladesmithing and Historic Trades is part of the University of Arkansas System helping to promote the art of bladsmithing while also celebrating the famous Bowie Knife that was first made in Washington Arkansas.
