It’s Hard To Be A Good Parent These Days

Good parents raise their children. Good parents teach right from wrong and good parents are not afraid to discipline their kids when they do wrong.

Some kids might watch this video and think she's the meanest mom in the world. Most of the rest of us know she's doing the right thing.

As the story goes, her daughter was on her third strike when mom told her one more thing wrong and your truck will be sold. The "swing and a miss" came when the daughter skipped school and got caught. Bye, bye truck and good for mom. It's much tougher to be a parent than be a friend. We all want to be friends with our kids. It's much more fun, but when the law is laid down and the rules are continually broken there has to be consequences.

That's real life. The earlier they learn it the better.
