Live United Bowl – Allen Brown Thursday Morning Interview with the Wakeup Crew

The 2017 Live United Bowl preparations are officially underway after the Press Conference yesterday, but until Allen Brown comes into the Kicker studios and plays a little "Did You Know" with Jim, Lisa and John, it's just not real to us.

Allen did just that this morning and always we are happy to help support an event that showcases the best of who we are and what we do in the Ark-La-Tex.

Here are a few items from this morning but there's much more in the interview.

• $5,000 will be given away to ticket holders at the game.
• The Robert St. John Band will be part of the halftime show along with the marching bands from both invited schools.
• Former Arkansas High and Denver Bronco star, Rod Smith will be the honorary captain at the game.

Team selection will take place on November 15.

Proceeds minus expenses all go to the United Way of Greater Texarkana. Tickets are just $10 for adults and $4 for students.
