Mario’s Weekend Movie Roundup [VIDEO]

This weekend at the movies should be a pretty good one. I'm excited to see the movie Super 8. Almost sounds like another superhero movie to me. But it's far from it, get ready to fasten your seat belts for this Steven Spielberg/J.J. Abrams directed movie.The story takes place in the fictional town of Lillian, Ohio in 1979, where a group of teenagers are making a movie with a Super 8 mm camera. I remember my dad having one and most of our home movies were shot on that camera. Anyway getting back to the story the teenagers witness a train crash, in which they suspect it was not an accident. There are disappearances and unexplained events around town, and the local deputy played by( friday night lights) star Kyle Chandler investigates the cause of the unusual events that leads him to something inhuman which apparently escaped from the train wreckage.

Super 8 (PG 13) should be an entertaining movie for the whole family to enjoy. That's my pick for this weekend!
