A very enthusiastic crowd turned out for the second annual Pink Ride to benefit women with breast cancer treatment. According to the event organizer Diana Howard, over 90 riders participated in this year's ride which started at the fairgrounds and proceeded to Dwight's Biker Dreams in New Boston, Texas, then back to the fairgrounds for and awesome evening performance from the band Mustang Sally. This international touring band and Nashville Tenn. based band just returned from overseas and put on a very entertaining performance. Tobi Lee the lead singer of the six women one man band rocked the outdoor stage with plenty of grit and sass engaging the audience with stories and humor that had everyone clapping, laughing and dancing. Tobi's energy and fun was contagious from the way the fans reacted to every word she said. She definitely commands the stage and worked the crowd into a frenzy.

Performing songs from their new album including "Double Standard" a song they will perform at the upcoming All-Star Jam at the Academy of Country Music Awards April 6 in Las Vegas. Mustang Sally also performed songs from Reba, Jason Aldean, The Band Perry and held their own against some of the greats. The highlight of the evening was when they did a cover of Charlie Daniels Band "The Devil Went Down To Georgia. She did Charlie proud with her electrifying fiddle playing WOW.

This was the first time I've seen this band LIVE and one word best describes them AWESOME. If Nashville doesn't give this band a break then there is something seriously wrong with the music industry.

Bring back Mustang Sally! Encore Please.
