‘Sparks In The Park’ Unites The Community [VIDEO]

A huge crowd turned out at the "Annual Sparks In The Park" at the Four States Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 2nd, sponsored by the City of Texarkana Arkansas, Wells Fargo and Townsquare Media.By the time the fireworks got underway there was an overflow crowd in and around the fairgrounds. Some people watched from across the interstate from neighborhoods to parking lots adjacent to I-30.

The crowd ooed and awed  at the colorful display of fireworks put on by Carl Standridge with Liberty Pyrotechnics.
