In response to Governor Abbott’s announcement to reopen Texas businesses and lifting the mask mandate effective March 10, 2021, Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council Senior Staff, Board President, and designated Board Members met to discuss current protocols and potential impacts of the upcoming changes to public facilities and events managed by the organization.
