The Texarkana City Board of Directors meets in regular session tonight at City Hall.The meeting was re-scheduled from yesterday because of the Presidents Day Holiday. The board will hold a closed executive session as well as an open public agenda.

During the executive session, the board will discuss personnel issues. When they reconvene the open portion of the meeting, board members will consider numerous items including naming the new pavilion at Bobby Ferguson Park, "Lakeside Pavilion."

Also the board will consider resolutions  concerning a kickoff event and celebration completion for the downtown pain project, "Paint What Matters," with Benjamin Moore representatives and the two Texarkana Mayors.
