Trinity Christian School’s Annual Trinity Mud Trek Is Saturday, May 7
Trinity Christian School is sponsoring the area's annual charity mud run on Saturday, May 7, 2016 next to Grady T. Wallace Park in Texarkana, Texas. This is the area's only charity mud run.
The opening ceremony is scheduled for 8:45AM. The first wave of runners begin at 9AM followed by another every 30 minutes until 11:30PM. The family-friendly, mud-covered 5K course contains 13+ fun and challenging obstacles winding through woods, fields, and mud pits. In addition, they'll be offering a "mini mud-run" for children ages 6 to 12 years old.
The mini mud-run includes a separate course containing 9 obstacles and tons of mud. This area will not be timed allowing kids to run through the course multiple times beginning at 9AM, ensuring an extra muddy-good time.
Event day registration will be offered to any last minute participants (Cash Only). Spectators are encouraged to attend too. Parking will be free and spectators can enter the event for $5 each, with children 4 and younger attending for free.
