7th Annual Aseana Fall Festival in Shreveport Oct. 27

Make plans to attend the 7th Annual Aseana Fall Festival featuring the Diwali Festival of Lights on Saturday, Oct. 27 at the Aseana Gardens 800 Texas Ave.,in Shreveport, LA.

The event begins at 5PM and goes until 9PM with a huge fireworks display at 7PM. The Diwali Festival of Lights is the largest and most important holiday celebrated in India features authentic Asian cuisine and street foods. The Diwali Festival is a celebration of Asain culture, foods, dance, and plenty of live music.

The Aseana Spring Festival and the Aseana Fall Festival are organized and presented annually by The Aseana Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Shreveport with a mission to promote unity and cultural diversity.

Vendors who would like to take part in the festival may register to do so by calling the event coordinator Mary Grace de Joya-Vea at 318- 401-8078. The deadline for vendor applications is Friday, Oct. 5 at 5PM.
