80s-90s Iconic Country Stars to Shine this Weekend in Hot Springs
If you love country music then you're gonna love the next few weeks starting with the 80s-90s country artists Shenandoah and Sawyer Brown at Magic Springs in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
If you bought a season ticket to Magic Springs this year the concerts are free.
The summer concert series continues this weekend.
Sawyer Brown - August 13
One of the most electrifying country bands of the late 80s-90s with more than 50 singles released with songs like "Step That Step," "The Walk," "Some Girls Do," and "Thank God For You," they were deemed the country-pop of that era. Mark Miller the lead singer was best known for his high energy on stage with some pretty nifty dance moves.
Shenandoah- August 13
Shenandoah broke onto the country music scene in 1987 with their album, The Road Not Taken. What followed was a successful string of hits well into the 90s such as "The Church On Cumberland Road," Two Dozen Roses," "Next To You, Next To Me," "The Moon Over Georgia," and countless others. Shenandoah was instantly recognized because of lead vocalist Marty Raybon.
Trace Adkins - August 27
Louisiana native, Trace Adkins hit the country music scene in the early 90s to early 2000s and has charted over 20 singles and numerous number hits throughout his successful career. Some of his hits include, "This Ain't) No Thinkin' Thing", "Ladies Love Country Boys", "You're Gonna Miss This," "Hot Mama" "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk" and many more. Trace has also starred in numerous TV movies, reality shows, and on the big screen.
