New Law Goes Into Effect in Arkansas on Vapor Products and E-Cigarettes

According to a report on THV11, the new law, Act 590, states that "a vapor product or e-liquid product shall not be offered for sale in this state or sold to a person located in this state *unless* the manufacturer certifies it before that date."  The new law states that limitations on disposable vapes are now required, which is designed to create a registry of approved products for improved inspections. Any products that come into Arkansas will be monitored by the Tobacco Control Board, while the Food and Drug Administration will approve the manufacturers.
