Many moons ago, my lovely wife bought me the greatest birthday present ever, one hour of aerobatic flight time in a T6 Texan WWII trainer airplane, one very similar to the one in this video. It was, by far, one of the most amazing experiences of my adult life. As they were strapping me into my flight gear, which included a parachute, and showing me what to do in case of an emergency, I wondered what it might be like if I actually had to jump out of this airplane, now I know.

If I ever find that video it will be a blog don't you worry, for now though let's take a look at this one.

Craig Saucier made an outstanding GoPro video I stumbled upon the other day where he does a Zero-G leap from the cockpit of one of these amazing warbirds. The leap took place in July of 2016, or at least that's when it was published on YouTube anyway. Watch out for that vertical stabilizer Craig!

Check it out, it might make your heart jump up in your throat a little.
