Great Pay! Texarkana’s New Amazon Distribution Center Now Hiring

In October 2024, it was announced that Texarkana would construct an Amazon Distribution Center on the Arkansas side of town, bringing new jobs to the area.

Fast Forward to September 2025 in Texarkana

Construction of Amazon's new warehouse is almost complete, and officials have announced that hiring is now underway. Amazon says jobs at the new facility start at $18.50 per hour, and include flexible hours, great benefits, and more. At least 40 people will be hired to start, but that could change over time, especially with the upcoming holiday season.

Latest Update on Hiring at Amazon

As of yesterday, September 24, we got word that they have already hired most of the drivers. Amazon officials say they are hiring for another group called Webb legacy logistics, with starting pay at $20.50 per hour.

Adding an Amazon Distribution Center in Texarkana shows the continued industrial growth in our city. With new job opportunities, it only heightens the excitement that Texarkana is not only a great place to live but a great place to work and raise a family.
