The fight for the 4th District U.S. House seat is now set.It will be Democrat Gene Jeffress against Republican Tom Cotton in the fall general election. This is after Jeffress defeated Q. Byrum Hurst in the Democratic Runoff yesterday 60 to 40%. Cotton won the May 22nd GOP Primary without a runoff.

The winner of the fall election will replace Congressman Mike Ross who is retiring from politics when his term expires at the end of this year.
