Budgets and Arbitration On The Agenda At Texas City Hall

The Texarkana Texas City Council meets tonight at City Hall starting at 6 p.m.The council will go into executive session and will talk about arbitration with the Arkansas side over water issues. They will come out of that session into regular session within a hour. During the session open to the public they will have a budget workshop among other items on the agenda.
