An investigation by the Arkansas State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force has led to the arrest of a pastor from Delight, Arkansas.
The pastor, James Vincent Henry, 43, faces 100 charges related to the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
The investigation began after two cyber tips were sent to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. The tips came from online messaging apps, Snapchat and Kik. On September 25 the police received a search warrant and started collecting digital evidence in Delight as part of their investigation.
Based on the findings, an arrest warrant was issued for Henry on Monday, October 14. He was taken into custody by Pike County Sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday, October 15. He was then charged with possession, viewing, and distribution of CSAM. Henry is currently being held at the Pike County Detention Center.
It is important to note that these are accusations, and Henry has not been convicted. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
