I've always been fascinated with stars and I mean real stars like the kind in the sky not the Holywood kind. This week stargazers have a special opportunity to see four planets with the naked eye all lined up across the sky.

We should be able to see Mars, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn. They will be lined up in the Southeastern sky about an hour before sunrise. So, if you get up early, I mean super early then you might be able to catch it.

According to NASA it all started earlier this week.

Heading into the last week of April, Jupiter will be high enough above the horizon in the hour before sunrise to make it more easily observed.

The two brightest planets in the sky, Venus and Jupiter, will start looking like they are super close together. They really aren't but from our point of view, it will appear that way on April 30th.

I always find it so fascinating to see special sights like this, it is always such a great reminder that we are just a tiny speck in the universe. We are not in charge and time will continue after we leave this world.

The video below explains everything we will see in the skies for the next week.
