Arkansas Town Makes Top 16 for Hot Job Market & Affordable Homes in The US
Arkansas is moving up in the world. We know it's a great state but more and more people are starting to find out it's a great place to live and it's affordable.
Business Insider.com took a look at cities all across the country to find the ones that have a growing job market and great homes that are way below the national average of $445,000 and unemployment rates under 4%.
They used information from Realtor.com and The Wall Street Journal. These towns' average house costs are a good $150,000 less than the national average. Some of the towns making the list include a few in Pennsylvania and New York. Plus there is a town in Texas that made the list too!
