It's hard to believe that the back-to-school season is just around the corner. In preparation for the start of the school year, there will be a special Back to School Health Event for the kids. 

The Bowie County Family Health Center has teamed up with the Special Health Resources (SHR) Texarkana Care Clinic for this big event. Mark your calendars to be at the Back to School Health Event held on Tuesday, July 30, from 10 AM to 2 PM. The Bowie County Family Health Center is located at 902 West 12th Street in Texarkana, Texas.

SHR Care Clinic will be offering children’s physicals for $15 per child and the Health Department will be giving the vaccines for children 18 years and younger.

Parents are asked to please bring any and all vaccine records you have as well as the required school forms that are needed for physicals.
