Bella Vista in Northwest Arkansas is a little over 8 miles north of Bentonville. Its population is 28,539. 14% of the population is 55-64 years of age and 33% are 65 and over. The median household income is $67,550.  Bella Vista means 'beautiful view' in Spanish. The town is a haven for retirees and outdoor enthusiasts with beautiful bluffs and waterfall falls.
