The popular restaurant chain, known for its "made-from-scratch" Southern-style comfort food and famous honey butter croissants, has purchased a prime lot on Walton Drive, across from Academy Sports + Outdoors.

Real Estate mogul Richard Reynolds brokered the deal, marking a major win for the city’s growing retail and dining corridor. Developers are keeping a tight lid on when Chedder's will open, so in the meantime, until we see some dirt being moved, we can really get excited. For now, the nearest Cheddar's from Texarkana is in Longview, Texas.
