Sneak Peek Inside Texarkana’s Newest Eatery Opening on Feb. 18

Texarkana is just days away from opening on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 2026 Mall Drive next door to its big brother, Texas Roadhouse.

Jaggers Grand Opening Celebration in Texarkana on February 18, 2026

The same company that owns Texas Roadhouse and Bubba's 33 is proud to be opening Jaggers in the Texarkana area.

"With stores in Longview and Katy, Texas, the Texarkana store will be the third location in the Lone Star State, said Ray Lennon, General Manager."

The grand opening for Jaggers is set for February 18, at 10:30 AM. The first 50 people through the door will receive a $50 gift card from Jaggers.

Jaggers is fast food, but it is an upgrade from your typical fast-food restaurants, serving made-from-scratch burgers, hand-breaded chicken tenders, and a variety of chicken sandwiches,fresh-made salads, and homespun milkshakes. If you love the food at Texas Roadhouse and Bubba's 33, then you're going to LOVE Jaggers.

Ray tells me the Sunrise burger is a monster with two slices of fresh-made Angus beef patties piled high with American cheese, ham, and a fried egg. For those who don't eat meat, Jaggers has a veggie burger that is melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

One of the things Jaggers customers will love is the double drive-thru lanes, designed to run faster and more efficiently. Customers will love dining indoors with a sophisticated, modern, sleek atmosphere, colorful, shaded lights, and a cozy setting.

Check Out These Other Events at Jaggers Before the Grand Opening

Before Jaggers opens in Texarkana, two other events will take place at the restaurant. Dine to Donate is a local fundraiser on Monday, February 16, from noon to 2 PM.  All proceeds will go to HandsOn Texarkana. Get the link to donate here.

Jaggers will also provide free meals to first responders, police, firefighters, and nurses on February 16, from 5 PM to 7 PM.

Friends and family of Jaggers employees can invite them to come eat at the new restaurant before the official opening on February 18. Space is limited for this event, and you must sign up online here.
