Students interested in attending the Hope or Arkansas High Collegiate Academies have until Monday, June 1, 2026, to apply for the upcoming school year.

The academies are open to students entering the 10th grade who are enrolled, or eligible to enroll, in either the Hope Public School District or the Texarkana Arkansas School District. Both programs are free public schools located on the campuses of the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana in Hope and Texarkana.

Students Can Earn Diploma and Degree Together

Both collegiate academies offer a three-year curriculum that allows students to earn a high school diploma and an associate degree at the same time. According to program officials, students can save an average of $20,394 compared to the cost of attending the first two years at an Arkansas public four-year university.
