Crafting the Perfect Bath Bomb Class to be Offered at U of A Hope Feb. 12

The University of Arkansas at Hope will offer a “Crafting the Perfect Bath Bomb Class” on Monday, February 12, from 5:30 to 7:30PM.

According to a press release, the class will be held in the Technical and Industrial Building room 160 on the Hope campus. The class includes two hours of instruction and a Bath Bomb Recipe + Design Book. During the class you’ll learn about ingredients, hardeners, formulation, molding, troubleshooting, and tips on how to make your bath bombs wonderfully fragrant. You will leave with your own hand-crafted bath bombs and bath salts.

The class instructor is Darci Kate Durham, a local entrepreneur, who recently opened her own apothecary, “Mermaid Mercantail,” at the age of thirteen. The cost is $25 per person and is limited to 25 participants. Each participant will leave class with two bath bombs, a bath scrub, a recipe, and a design book.
