
Composite Sketch of Suspect in Arkansas State Park Murder Case
The mystery deepens as the Arkansas State Police, local and federal law enforcement officials, continue their search for a suspect in a double homicide in Devil's Den State Park on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Additional updated information has been added to this story.
Arkansas State Police Identified Victims
According to an Arkansas State Police press release, the victims have been identified as Clinton David Brink, 43, and Cristen Amanda Brink, 41, who recently moved to Prairie Grove from another state. Their children, who are 7 and 9, were not hurt and remain with family members at this time.
The victims were found dead on a walking trail Saturday afternoon. ASP’s Criminal Investigation Division is actively looking at all leads to track down the individual's whereabouts. Devil's Den State Park is in Washington County and is surrounded by rugged mountainous terrain and heavily wooded forests.

ASP Call to Action Issued on Sunday
On Sunday, July 27, a call to action has been issued by ASP for park visitors and residents in the area who may have been camping or at the park to come forward if they have any photos of the alleged suspect or have seen anything suspicious that might point to the suspected killer. ASP is also asking Arkansas residents who live near the park to turn over any security or game camera footage they may have that may have caught something suspicious.
Updated Description of Suspect as of July 27
After receiving additional information on Sunday, Arkansas State Police investigators now believe the suspect was wearing a long-sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up. In a previous description, the suspect was believed to be wearing a dark tank top.
Update: July 29, Arkansas State Police Release Composite Sketch
The suspect is believed to be a white male of medium stature wearing dark pants, a dark ballcap, a black backpack, fingerless gloves, and sunglasses. He was last seen leaving a park exit in a black, four-door sedan that may be a Mazda.
Update: July 29. 2025
The vehicle's license plate was covered with electrical or duct tape, obscuring the tags, and was seen traveling State Highway 170 or 220 near the park.
