Don’t Stop Your Car on This Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas!
It's that time of year again when I like to remind you of some places near Texarkana where you can go for some eerie creepy fun.
Gravity Hill as it is known in Hot Springs, Arkansas has become a favorite this time of year for folks wanting to get a little scare. More than likely you will need to ask someone how to get there because Google Maps can't locate Magnet Street or at least it didn't in 2018 when it was discovered. However, if you watch the video at the end of this story it will tell you how to get there.
The story goes, when you are traveling down this road there is a certain stretch where if you stop and put your vehicle into neutral the car will begin to coast uphill slowly. That's right, I said uphill!
This unusual rare phenomenon has occurred many times in this particular area. There have been many stories similar to this one in other towns as well across the U.S and some of the stories are ghostly in nature.
Is this some kind of paranormal supernatural occurrence we can't see or is it just an unleveled road or illusion as some experts have suggested? No matter what you believe it's worth taking the 90-minute ride from Texarkana to judge for yourself. Let me just say, that going up this street at night only makes it more creepy.
A video was produced in 2018 by the Hot Springs Network that shows this actually happens to your vehicle.
