2024 Diamonds for Doorways

Diamonds for Doorways benefiting Habitat for Humanity in Texarkana is Friday evening, May 17 at the Silvermoon on Broad starting at 6:30 PM. There will be door prizes, blackjack, catering by Chef on the Run, signature drinks, and beverages from Eagle Distributing. Crocker's Jewelers has donated jewelry valued at over $5,000 for the raffle, plus a silent auction. More details at (903) 832-1746.

Texarkana Farmers Market & Gateway Farmers Market

Enjoy both Texarkana farmer markets. Arkansas side Gateway Farmers Market at 602 East Jefferson Avenue is open Saturday morning from 7 AM to noon and the Texarkana Farmers' Market located downtown Texarkana by the post office is open from 8 AM to Noon

Be Like CJ Kidsfest

Be Like CJ Kidsfest is Saturday at the Downtown Plaza from 10 AM to 6 PM. The event will feature a Touch-a-Truck, Food Trucks, Fun  Interactive Games, Face Painting, Contests, and Prizes. And child actor Butch Patrick best known as Eddie Munster from the 60s tv show The Munsters will be there too. This benefit is in honor of CJ Harris (Cedrick Harris Jr.) an eighth-grade student who was tragically killed in an ATV accident on April 4, 2021. The Four States Auto Museum Spring Car Show

Saturday starting at 10 AM located at 217 Laurel Street downtown Texarkana.  There will be Class judging and cash for Best in Show. And special guest Butch Patrick best known as Eddie Munster from the 60s tv show The Munsters will be there too.

2nd Annual High Powered Pickleball Tournament

This event is Saturday at the Southwest Community Center at 3222 West 7th Street from 9 AM- 6 PM benefiting the Alzheimers Alliance Tri State Area.
There will be mens, womens and mixed doubles categories in age groups of 16-39 and 40& up.
On Friday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM there will be a free Kids Clinic for ages 5-15.
