Catfish And Community Spirit At The Fish Fry Fundraiser

It's about that time of the year again for the Annual Fish Fry Fundraiser on Saturday, October 18, at Christ Church, 5204 South Rondo Road in Texarkana, Arkansas.

This is one of my favorite events and has been a long-time tradition in Texarkana for years. If you love to eat, the fish fry is from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Christ Church. Once again, the Methodist Men will be cooking up some tasty all-you-can-eat catfish with all the extras, including fries, hush puppies, drinks, and delicious homemade desserts. The catfish is delicious, and everybody serving the food is always polite and accommodating. I really like their freshly made pies, cakes, pudding, and cookies.

Kids ages 4 and under eat FREE

Guests can dine in or carry out to go if they prefer. Please call ahead at 870-774-4091, and they'll have it ready when you arrive.
